Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Conditions

• Timeframe: Return or exchange requests can be submitted within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

• Inspection Upon Delivery: You are allowed to inspect and try on (fit) the items in the presence of the courier before accepting the delivery.

  • If you decide not to take the item at the door, you only pay the shipping fees to the courier.

• Item Condition: If returned after delivery, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Tags & Labels: All original tags and labels must remain attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (sales receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Shipping Fees

• Applicable Fees: Return and exchange shipping charges apply based on location.

• Doorstep Rejection: If the order is rejected upon inspection with the courier, only the delivery fee is payable.

• Fee Deduction: For returns after accepting delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount or charged separately.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

• Product Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
